Method 1: Press-fit method: When the inner ring of the hydraulic cylinder is tightly fitted with the shaft, and when the outer ring and the seat of the hydraulic cylinder are loosely fitted, the hydraulic cylinder can be press-fitted on the shaft with a press, and then the shaft and the hydraulic cylinder are fitted together. Put it together in the seat of the hydraulic cylinder, press the assembly sleeve made of a soft metal material on the end face of the inner ring of the hydraulic cylinder, and the inner diameter of the assembly sleeve should be slightly larger than the diameter of the journal, and the outer diameter should be smaller than the hydraulic pressure. The inner edge of the cylinder is slightly smaller to prevent it from pressing on the cage. The outer ring of the hydraulic cylinder fits tightly with the hole of the hydraulic cylinder seat. When the inner ring and the shaft have a loose fit, the hydraulic cylinder can be pressed into the seat of the hydraulic cylinder first. At this time, the outer diameter of the mounting sleeve should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the seat hole. If the hydraulic cylinder ferrule is tightly fitted with the shaft and the seat hole, the inner and outer rings must be pressed into the shaft and the seat hole at the same time. Method 2: Heating and fitting method: By heating the hydraulic oil cylinder or the hydraulic oil cylinder seat, the thermal expansion is used to change the tight fitting into a loose fitting installation method. Is a common and labor-saving installation method. This method is suitable for the installation of hydraulic cylinders with large interference. Before hot filling, place the ferrule of the hydraulic cylinder or the detachable hydraulic cylinder in the oil tank and uniformly heat it at 80-100 ° C, then remove it from the oil and install it on the shaft as soon as possible. In order to prevent the end face of the inner ring from abutting against the shaft shoulder after cooling, the hydraulic cylinder can be axially tightened after cooling. When the outer ring of the hydraulic oil cylinder is tightly matched with a light metal hydraulic oil cylinder seat, a hot-loading method of heating the hydraulic oil cylinder seat is adopted to prevent the mating surface from being scratched. When the oil tank is used to heat the hydraulic cylinder, there should be a grid at a certain distance from the bottom of the tank, or the hydraulic cylinder should be suspended by a hook. There must be a thermometer, and the oil temperature must be strictly controlled not to exceed 100 ° C to prevent the tempering effect and reduce the hardness of the ferrule.
Method 3: For the installation of conical bore hydraulic cylinders: The conical bore hydraulic cylinders can be directly mounted on the tapered journals, or the tapered surfaces of the adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves can be used. The amount of clearance reduction is measured. Therefore, the radial clearance of the hydraulic cylinder should be measured before installation. During the installation process, the clearance should be measured frequently to achieve the required amount of clearance reduction. Generally, a lock nut is used for installation. It can also be installed by heating.
Method 4: For the installation of thrust hydraulic cylinders: The overall fit of the thrust hydraulic cylinder and the shaft is generally a transition fit, and the fit of the seat ring and the hydraulic cylinder seat hole is generally a clearance fit. Therefore, this type of hydraulic cylinder is easier to install and the thrust hydraulic pressure The bottom spring of the oil cylinder should be fixed on the shaft to prevent rotation relative to the shaft.
