The rotary seal divides the cylinder body into two cavities. There are two oil ports on the cylinder body, and each oil port corresponds to one cavity. 1. When the housing is fixed (the four feet are fixed to the structural parts by bolts), it is assumed that the oil in one port will push the spline sleeve to rotate toward the other port, thereby driving the rotation of the shaft ( There is no axial movement), which realizes the rotation of the output flange. 2. When the output flange is fixed (the output flange is fixed to the structural parts by a circle of bolts), the principle is the same, and the rotation of the housing can be achieved (thus driving the structural parts connected to the four feet to swing).
